Jan writes that Similac ads state that-Babies can make their own DHA and ARA
naturally from other nutrients found
in Similac w/ Iron.

Yes, the Ross representatives (there were 2 present that day) told me that
they have nucleotides and long chain fatty acids in their formula and that
it could do the same thing that the Lipil could however because of all the
websites promoting DHA and ARA they would have to add it in too and of
course they did. It had to do with their stocks.
Actually it helped our moms out because that was the end of the formula
discharge packs to ALL moms AND they don't miss then either. Our unit
manager isn't so sure about all these DHA and ARA additives. I wish you
