The Fall issue of Archaeology & Public Education, the electronic newsletter
of the Society for America Archaeology, Public Education Committee, has now
been posted. You may access it off the SAA web site or directly from this
link: http://www.saa.org/pubEdu/a&pe/index.html .

This issue contains news items about the recent Archeology Film Festival, a
high-school program in archaeology in Quebec, and how to nominate an
educator for the SAA Award for Excellence in Public Education. There is
also information on fall Archaeology Month programs, new publications, and
conferences planned for the fall and spring.

News items for the Winter issue can be sent at any time up until the
deadline, which will be in November. Send items to the editor at
