I have a cartoon that I kept from someone's Power Point breastfeeding presentation that shows a big fat disgusting guy, shirtless, smoking a cigar, and unshaven.  He is walking past a nicely dressed mom sitting on a park bench breastfeeding her baby, and the cartoon has him thinking to himself, "Man, that's gross."  On the bottom it says, "Ad Council."  The cartoonist's name appears but I can't make out what it says.  It appears to be dated " '93 The Trib."  Does anyone know where this came from and how I could go about getting permission to use it in a breastfeeding Power Point presentation I will be making at the Univ of Delaware?
