If baby's breastfeeding is ineffective, would think 6x in 24 hours may not be enough milk removal. (I'm assuming the pump has been checked for function and mom's pumping routine/technique checked for effectiveness.) Any chance she's pumping even less than she says/thinks she is? BTW, what is typical volume pumped per session and overall in 24 hours?
