We need to remember to look at the baby. :-) I find this sort of baby who
changes stool patterns early is usually growing at an astounding rate. The
"lots of wind and flatus" usually indicates a tendency to oversupply, but if
baby isn't bothered by it, ignore it.
The opposite pix is a baby who obviously isn't thriving. Then absence of
stool is a big red flag. In that case "constipation" and suppositories are
not the answers. More calories in needed. Fix the milk transfer or supply.
