This mom only has headaches during BF.
I have suggested this!!!

More rest
avoid the obvious- milk products, wheat, choc, nuts and all process foods.
Mom has low iron, suggest drinking oj with fresh meats and green veg.

Anyother suggestions?  Nursing is good, went over position with her to
improve.
