Hello LACTNET friends,

I wanted to let you all know that Jodine Chase's husband has just been
diagnosed with a serious, aggressive brain tumour and is scheduled for
surgery today or tomorrow.  I volunteered to let
the breastfeeding community know about this.

As many of you know, Jodine is a huge supporter and eloquent advocate for
breastfeeding, and has posted quite often regarding the media and marketing
aspects of breastfeeding.  Because of these events, she probably won't be
able to be as involved with this work in the coming months as she would like
to be (nor would we expect her to, of course).

Please put Jodine and her family in your thoughts and prayers.
