No, there is no relibale Russian materials in Russian anywhere in the
world. There is some good general type information, but it isn't good
enough for LC training. The pamphlet LLL has is very weak. There is one
Russian book by Jeanna Tsaregradskaya, but it isn't up-to-date with all the
latest info. There are some WHO materials of general nature.
I am the only LLL leader in the world who is Russian and was trained
through English (as far as know, if there are more they aren't listed) and
can access the latest information. There are two more leaders in the US
who know some Russian, but they are Canadian an American (Russian origin).
Russian help is generally unavailable and limited.:-( It is sad. People
who try to promote breastfeeding are being attacked and insulted all over
Russian Internet. I don't know how the Moscow Public Support Group
operates in such openly hostile environment.
There is one more Russian leader who are being trained at the moment and
hopefully will be accredited soon.
