Dear Carol,
My 4th baby has been doing quite a bit of what you have described, since
she was about 6 mos old. Almost every time, I can get her to nurse if I
carry her around in the cradle hold. As long as I keep walking around the
house and avoid any distractions (her 3 brothers, tv, etc) she will
atleast breastfeed for a few minutes.
Good luck with this mom, there are few worse feelings than having your
baby refuse your breast...
