Gabapentin:
Study by manufacturer shows a milk:plasma ratio of 0.73. No reports of
adverse effects. Use with caution and monitor for possible adverse effects.

Topiramate:
Milk:plasma ratio 0.86 for 5 mothers taking up to 400mg/day. Breastfed
infants had very low concentrations. No adverse effects observed.
