I haven't read the article, but if I had it in front of me I would be most
interested to know what the BF initiation rates were in the setting where
the study was done.  What other factors impinge on BF there?  If it is a
setting with low rates to begin with, or with many other harmful influences,
it may not be possible to discern an additional effect from contraception.
The other thing I would want to know is how they define 'short-term
breastfeeding patterns', and how long the research participants were
followed for the purpose of the study.
