thrilled with the response is going to talk to her Dr again.

Next question Have a mom who has ADHD, has been off Ritalin for approx 4
yrs. Is currently nursing her 2nd son of 4 mo. Has found a product by
Advocare called Spark. The sales rep gave her a study from Texas Tech
stating it was as good as Ritalin in controlling it. I have looked up the
ingrediants in Hale, but of course all are not there. It is "all natural"
The list of ingrediants are as follows:
