DR. Chao-Huei,

You can't go wrong with advice from the Centers of Disease Control.  They
have an employee that specifically works in their breastfeeding
department.  Their website and information seems to be very supportive of
breastfeeding.  You might consider emailing them with your specific
questions.  She emailed the lactnet recently and said she'd be happy to
help in any way she can r/t westnile, sars, hepatitis, etc.
