I have never heard of anything like this. I would bet it is the way nursing
is handling the milk when they feed it to the babies. If you are not handling
your milk according to HMBANA Guidelines, that is a place to start. If you
are, I would call in an experienced NICU lactation consultant from another
city/state to do a formal consultation.
