I was approached by a very aggressive elderly gentleman rep also. I
explained to him that it is our policy to only see reps by appointment and I further
explained we did not do business with any company that has any ties with
formula. He was very pushy when I said I am sorry but no thank you. We have had 3
messages so far on our Lactation Line at the hospital regarding the survey.
Today I suspect message number 4 will be there. (We have 4 LCs) This rep was
very persistent but no match for a LC! He showed up at our hospital 3 times.
After the first time I realized who he was and I refused to even see him when
I was paged. He didn't have an appointment and I followed our policy. I
wish I could say everyone did that with the formula reps. I will say it is much
better than it has ever been.

was working by myself having a hissy fit (can you tell I am from the Midwest?!
Ohio, originally.)
