We just had to revise our P&Ps that referred to "informed consent"
for shields or pacifiers. It seems we have been told that this
phrase can only be used with procedures where the doc is ultimately
responsible for the consent (or some such restriction). We had to
come up with much longer phrases like "having received all
appropriate information".
Anyone esle run into this?
Winnie
