Janice,
I was also contacted about this new product (LilyPadz) and posted to Lactnet a couple weeks ago. I did not get any replies, but the sales rep said that it was so new on the market that not many are aware of it yet. I did ask an OB/GYN new mom to trial the pair sent to me. Her feedback initially was that it felt annoying, but she called back later to say that the "irritating" sensation went away fairly quickly and that these pads really do work to stop leaking, not just absorb it. She felt that they would be helpful to her when she went back to work. I thought they were rather expensive, though, and since the company won't sell in anything smaller than a 20 unit case, I doubt I'll handle them for my small private practice. Has anyone else had any experience with these?
