I'm sure there are many people who remember the ICEA/New Parents
Magazine issue of a few years ago.

Since they keep sending me the junk, I've kept abreast of what's in the
publication over the interim. When the latest bundle showed up at my
doorstep last week I decided to break one open before I reached for the
matches. (Not healthy to burn them in the plastic overwrap, after all.)

The association with ICEA seems to have lapsed, is there anyone with
ICEA left on the list that could confirm that? No Message from the ICEA
President; change of content (no longer articles written by ICCEs).

I was not surprised that the lack of support for the WHO Code has
progressed to the inclusion of a two-page advertisement for Similac
Advance *and* a coupon. I haven't even really looked at the articles
yet. The advertising was enough to condemn it for me.

Marsha Walker, do you have this added to your collection yet? Let me
know if I can send you one...

regards,
Beth

P.S. Maybe there's a silver lining--perhaps this means no one is giving
out those horrible matching videos anymore.
