I wish you much peace and joy with this process of educating your
NICU....*YOU* can do it ! ! !
Journal reprints are powerful...no huge need for computer access.
I would highly recommend applying for and awarding CEU's. It gives
professional medical/nursing/dietary staff one more reason - in some cases,
the *only* reason, to believe in the credibility of your information enough
to actually **modify their clinical practice**.
.....and, afterall, while their TOTAL integration of the material (from
simple practice to advocacy) is desired, we would all just be happy with the
practice change. The clinical outcomes can do the rest.
Warmly,
Lynda
