I have been notified that funds will be made available to purchase a
breastfeeding video for our prenatal series, since the current one is from
1986 and *very* outdated.
I teach in two separate locations, and have yet to come across one specific
video I have access to that concisely or accurately covers what I'm looking
for (I currently use little clips from what's available) - could you please
share
your recommendations? I did an archival search (back to 2000) and the one
that interests me most is "Infant Cues - A Feeding Guide" by Mark-It TV in
the UK (was done for WIC in Texas I believe). I had the opportunity to view
this video at a Linda Smith conference in November. Is there anything on
the market more up-to-date now?
This is geared for expectant first time parents, and I'm specifically
interested in concise ones that cover the asymmetric latch, ideally 20
minutes max or less (although if a longer more comprehensive video has a
good segment on latching, that would also be fine).
