I'm interested in knowing how those with a sliding scale decide how much to
charge. I offer a much lower rate for rentals and consults to moms who qualify
for WIC. However, I am often frustrated by mothers who said they could not pay
then they drive up in cars fancier than mine and already have a PNS, etc. At
least when they have been qualified by WIC I feel that someone has looked into
their true income/need situation. Is this entirely true? and what do you do about
the mothers who say they can't afford it, but aren't in WIC?
