This over-the-counter preparation contains neomycin, which has considerable
risk in terms of provoking allergic reaction. As an over-the-counter,
Polysporin is much safer. See the archives. I've previously posted the
reference from a pharmacy journal on this issue. There is also a discussion
of it (with the ref. in the sore nipples section of the book Kay Hoover and
I write.)
