Is she an at-home mother (primary caregiver & not working outside the
home)? If so she should qualify for that exemption provided her state
has that one. [Florida (at least Leon County) has an exemption for
mothers of children under age 6 years who do not work full time outside
the home. I was able to use that one the previous time I got called.]
I'd think most states should have such an exemption but I may be
seriously naive. What is she supposed to do with the baby if her child
is not in day care?
