I have a mother who just had surgery to her face and was given instructions
to take arnica Montana sublingual. This is a homeopathic treatment to reduce
bruising and swelling. She is 8 weeks postpartum and nursing, so wants to
know what is in this and if it is safe.
I called the doctor's office who sent me to the store that carries it and I
eventually found out the main ingredient is Leopards Bane.
Can anyone help me with this ASAP? At this time she is not taking it. When
she looked it up on the web it said not to use when pregnant and
breastfeeding but I don't know if that is based on sound scientific data.
Thanks for any help.
