My coworker who is not on lactnet had a question. She is following twins
born about 34 wks gestation. They are now about 5 wks old, and gaining quite
well. They are now having several days intervals between bowel movements.
Would this be expected, like term babies, who sometimes - at about 6 wks of
age - show this pattern? Or would this be expected at the *corrected age*
for the premie baby (which these twins are really not even full term,
corrected age). Also a factor, I think, they are receiving some formula
comps, while mother works on her supply.
