I've used both. I've not noticed that it works better than the syringe. In
fact, I've gotten the best results with the Evert-It when I've taken off the
silicone gizmo and just used the syringe part of it. It's a great thing to
have in hospitals that like to spend lots of money on "stuff" (the Medela
"spoon" comes to mind rather than using a cup). One would think they would
be more fiscally responsible, but hey -- at least they are using something!!!
