I have seen babies with reflux arch away from the feeding experience.  Some
of the babies have just done things like turn away, or go to sleep (sort of
"shut down" to the whole thing.)  Or they eat for a few minutes and then
just act very disinterested, and start to fuss if pressed to continue.  It
really seems to be a temperment thing, how each reacts.
