How wonderful to have you on lactnet! You say you are from Spain, is that
where you are currently living or used to live there? Well it will be great
to have more representation from other countries!
Yes I think the issues you raised [about sexuality and changing feelings of
body/self as a result of breastfeeding] are quite interesting and would make
  a great subject for your final work. I think women really begin to see
what their breasts are for once they have and breastfeed the baby. Before
that they tend to be more self-conscious about what they perceive to be
their not so perfect body. Once they see the baby thriving on the milk
and/or smiling heavenly at the breast, they know those breasts ARE perfect!
