Esteemed colleagues - As luck would have it, I have encountered two separate women in the last two days with milk "blebs". I have given both of them the same advise, essentially the LLL advise to soak and nurse directly afterwards, but for neither of them did it work. I believe that "opening" the top of the plugged pore is beyond my scope of practice, but I cannot find a single doc. in town who will help. Any advise? libby in El Paso - where the lines at the international bridges are 6 hours long now. <http://hotbar.com/scripts/utils/bcLogo.asp> L. J.
