I don't know if this would help or not, but the Department of Defense
recently released a "patient binder" of information for all military health
care recipients getting OB care. This is their opening statement in the
Breastfeeding section. I particularly like the first sentence. Sums it up,
don't you think?

"There is not a health related organization in existence that recommends
bottle-feeding over breast-feeding.Some
very limited special circumstances such as with HIV infection,or certain
breast cancers are exceptions.The reason
for this is that breast-feeding gives both mother and baby a whole range of
physical,emotional,financial and health
benefits not found with bottle-feeding.Multiple studies have shown that any
amount of breast-feeding is beneficial.
The DoD/VA strongly supports any effort to promote breast-feeding and have
many resources available to help you
succeed in your attempt."
