Doesn't an exclusionary fee also fit under the heading of Restraint of
Trade under the Uniform Commercial Code (in the USA)? I understand that's
the argument the ABM company lobbyists used to convince the US Congress not
to vote the Code into law. I guess it depends on whose ox is being gored.
They have the money to protect their own oxen and breed more.
