I got this one for Christmas, and while it is fabulous, I would not
consider it to be a substitute for a more comprehensive birth book like
The Birth Book or the Thinking Woman's Guide. It would be like
suggesting Milk, Money, and Madness instead of the Womanly Art :) It is
aimed more at people who already have a thorough background in natural
childbirth.
