Sorry,  but women who are either breastfeeding or pumping and bottlefeeding,
should not receive the smallpox vaccination.  The virus probably transfers
into human milk (virtually all of them do with exception of hepatitis C),
and to the infant.   Depending on the infant,  it could be potentially
dangerous.
