I second that. Such a senstitve approach, and your course is so
much more effective when the emotional baggage is addressed and
put in perspective.

To bring the point a little more personally, I'm sure we can
all think of examples in our own adult lives when the open nerve
had to be addressed before we could move on to do what we knew we
had to do.
