There is no difference in fore/hind milk concentration of immune properties
in milk. The only things so far identified as changing between fore and
hind milk are fat, prolactin and cells.
You will probably find this info in a general reference like Lawrence
however two specific refs are
Neville, M et al. 1984, Studies on human lactation. 1 Within-feed and
between breast variation in selected components of human milk. The American
Journal of Clinical Nutrition. 40: 635-646
This deals with immune factors as total protein or more specifically,
Hanson, L et al. Immune defence factors in human milk. Mod Prob Padiatr.
