I have the picture on a coffee mug and got it at an ILCA or LLL
Conference (most likely ILCA) several years ago.  So it was quite
likely an ILCA afiliate that put it out.  If you don't get anything
definitive, you might contact the various affiliates to see which
one it might have been.
