Judy, in my book - titled Medical Treatment During Pregnancy and Lactation by Kleinebrecht-Franz-Windorfer - it is said that hydroxychloroquine concentration in milk is only slightly less than in mother's plasma. Subtoxic plasma concentration may occur because of cumulation. It should not be used while breastfeeding.
