I have to comment on this topic as I worked on Paula Meier's project for my
masters when we were validating the reliability of the Smart Scale at the
time. The BabyWeigh Scale has since then been tested for its reliability and
validity and it is research-based for pre/post feeding weights to accurately
measure volume of intake. No other scale is valid for these findings, so we
need to practice evidence-based and quit using all of the other scales for
volume checks. They are not valid, nor reliable.
