Hi Becki, and welcome!  Being from a military family myself (Dad, USMC 35
years, ex-husband, USAF-physician, active 4 years, reserves 8) your message
really stood out for me!

One thing I have found helpful for nipple cracks that do not appear to
be from poor positioning and do not resond to usual treatment is vit. A and
E supplements.  If yeast is still of concern, acidophilus, internally and
applied to nipples.
