One more thought. It gets easier to set limits with others in terms of
getting paid for work when one considers that with every step, word, and
action, we are setting an example for our own children in terms of THEIR
self worth, etc.

I have three girls, and I want them to believe that they can get paid for
their work and still be considered wonderful and honest and
professional.  It helps me to remember them as I walk through this
path.....because our children are watching at every moment, and learning
all the time from us (*even those lessons we wish we didn't teach *).

Reminds me of the S. Sondheim song from "Into the Woods,"...Children Will
Listen....
