buttons are not placed like I'm used to. So I quite often make typo's and

It was more like a rethorical question. The 1/4 that becomes HIV infected via
bf we can try and prevent by not breastfeeding or by adapting breastfeeding
practices to a better regimen. But what about those other children, the other
3/4, how can transmission be prevented for them? It *is* the bigger group.
