Can anyone recommend a video in Spanish that emphasizes  that the breasts contain enough milk for the baby from the moment of birth, and "no" it is not necessary and may even be harmful to give formula, until the milk "comes in"?  I know there are numerous videos in Spanish out there but I desperately need one that deals with the above mentioned concerns very emphatically.
