Hi Cindy and fellow readers
,
In an old (1973/93) issue of "Nursing Care of Infants and children" by
Whaley & Wong I found a "Clinical Estimation of Gestational Age" tool by
Kempe, Silver and O'Brian. I am sure you could find a similar or the actual
"Dubowitz score sheet" in other nursing text books. Ever thought of having
your hospital print shop make our own? I am not sure what the copyright
laws are, but many times you can contact the author or editors and inquire
as to the use.
Just a thought. Anyone else know about in-house use and copyright laws?
