I'm sure this is in the archives. I believe if TB is discovered during pg,
treatment is started promptly and after delivery proceeds as usual. If TB
is dicovered at baby's birth, mom and baby are separated for a week or so
and pump and dump is used to preserve the milk supply until mom's meds
become effective. If mom with baby or toddler is dicovered to have active
TB then child has already been exposed and will receive prophylactic tx and
