I also question a hospital's right to deny a patient access to "their"
policies. If a hospital denies a patient the right to see their policies
then I'd say "I'll have my lawyer contact the hospital's lawyer about this
today or tomorrow." I bet that would get some action! Then find a BF
friendly lawyer to do a bit of pro bono work or contact JCAHO. I'm sure
JCAHO has some sort of "policy" about who can read hospital policies :-)
