As always, very well said, Barbara. Why are more than half the IBCLCs in the
US not members of ILCA.  Every IBCLC working as an LC needs to be an active
member of ILCA.   What we do today is going to determine the future of our
profession.

> call on ILCA to allocate serious money (through writing grants) to pay
> someone who knows how to make these things happen.
