I think we (here in USA) already have this on regular TV. You can not
watch a 30 min TV program during the primetime period (7pm-10pm) with out a
dozen or more ads for medication treating allergy, arthritis, ulcers, GERD,
and so forth. It sounds like they just took it a step farther and
pinpointed hospital bound folks, and put all the advertisements on one
channel :-) What will they think of next?
