There have been a number of posts lately from LC's who are very  discouraged
or even questioning their role. It makes me wonder-is there any onging
research or tracking that looks at how long LC's are "lasting" in the field?
Particularly those in the hospitals or statistically unsupportive
evironments?  Perhaps ILCA? IBLCE?

Seems like our profession could be at risk.
