It's not uncommon for exclusively pumping mothers to have their supply
peter out with time, especially if they are using inefficient pumps and
not pumping often enough (7-8x a day minimum until milk supply is well
established). The fever might or might not be related to the reduction
in milk supply. I assume you asked her what she's pumping with, how
often she's pumping, how long she's pumping, whether she is using any
massage, etc.
