Jean,
I'd just like to thank you for your excellent post on the physiology of
engorgement. I have saved it, will study it, and have sent it to several
colleagues for their edification. I have had moms use your RPS method and it
does work and unlike some teaching over the phone (which I liken to teaching
knitting over the phone) is easily understood. Still best in person and with
hands on help for some moms, though. Are you still in the process of having
this published? Are you considering a handout for moms to use?
